I found Divine in 2012, after a decade-long hiatus from dancing; it was just the thing I needed to get back to movement and to feel completely comfortable in my own body. I love the movement style that is uniquely Divine, but also completely individual to everyone who walks into the studio. Pole dancing at Divine is a constant reminder that we are all beautiful in our own unique ways and that we all have something to share and learn from each other. I can’t wait to see you in class!

Why do you love Divine Movement?
I love Divine because it is the most supportive and empowering group of women I have ever encountered. The instructors and students are all beautiful, intelligent, caring people from all different walks of life with whom you can’t help but feel completely comfortable baring your soul through dance.

Oysters. I could binge eat oysters.

Paris.
When was the last time you cried?
This is a terrible question for me. I’m a cry baby. I cry when I’m happy, when I’m sad, when I’m overwhelmed; I think I teared up a little bit the last time I explained how much I love this community of women!
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A ballerina.
Guilty pleasure?
Someone really should stop me from buying concert paraphernalia; it’s a real problem.
Favorite article of clothing to dance in?
Leg warmers. I just love sliding around on those new floors in the Seattle studio.

“Above all things, if kindness is your king, then heaven will be yours, before you meet your end”
